Embach Ehitus was in charge of the construction of the building, which has an area of approximately 1,800 m2. The architectural competition was won by Projekt O2. Anchor tenant A1000 Market.
A1000 Market is a retail chain focused on the sale of food and consumer goods. The company aims to always keep prices as low as possible for the consumer.
The Kalda Tee 39 development is located in one of the busiest areas of Tartu. Annelinna Selver, Myfitness, Sõbralt Sõbrale, Maxima XX and Lidl are all located nearby.
The building was completed in summer 2024.
