Kaarsilla Real Estate and Embach Ehitus sign contract for new commercial building in Narva, Estonia
Kaarsilla Kinnisvara is investing EUR 5.5 million in the construction of the Maksimarket on Kreenholm Street in Narva. Embach Ehitus OÜ is the builder and lead designer.
Kaarsilla Real Estate and Embach Ehitus OÜ signed a contract for the construction of a modern commercial building on the Kreenholmi 54a property in Narva. The building will have a total area of 5 305,40 m² and the investment will amount to EUR 5,5 million. The anchor tenant of the building is Järva Tarbijate Ühistu, under whose leadership Coop Maksimarket will be opened.
