Nordecon to build six- and seven-storey buildings in Tartu
Nordecon group company Embach Ehitus OÜ and Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ signed a contract for the construction of the Port Athena complex in Tartu.
The proposed group of buildings at Väike-Turu 7 consists of four six-storey buildings and one seven-storey building. The shared underground floor is largely used as a car park. The above-ground floors of the buildings will house commercial and office premises.
